Kozasko - Returns & Exchange Policy


Kozasko prides itself on offering a level of customer service that matches the quality of our footwear.
However, if you are not happy with the product you receive, you can exchange it within 7 days of the purchase date. The shoes must be in unused condition, along with the original packaging and the purchase invoice. Shoes showing any signs of being worn, including scratch marks, stains, and scuffed soles, will not be eligible for exchange. All our products are checked for damages and other defects prior to dispatch, but should you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately by either mailing at Support@Kozasko.Com or calling at +91-9599001894.

  • 2 YEARS WARRANTY : We are proud to offer a 2-year warranty on all our handmade shoes. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues. If you encounter any such problems within the warranty period, please reach out to us, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
  • REFUND POLICY : Please note that we also offer refunds within 7 days of the purchase date. If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, kindly ensure that the product meets the same criteria as mentioned for exchanges—unused condition, original packaging, and the purchase invoice. We process refunds promptly, and you can expect the funds to be returned to your original payment method within 7 to 8 business days.
